Donate your spare change
By saving your small change in a jar or money box, for example when you empty your pockets at the end of the day, you will be amazed at how quickly your small change soon adds up. Every penny makes a difference.
You could also keep a jar or collecting box on your desk at home or work to help relieve your friends and colleagues of their loose change too. To request a collecting tin, please email admin@nacoa.org.uk or ring 0117 924 8005.
Raise money as you search the internet
Give for free with every online search at www.everyclick.com. Even just using Everyclick to open sites you use every day, such as your email provider or other search engines like Google, can soon get the pennies rolling in.
Raise money as you shop online
An eStore is an online shopping directory featuring hundreds of retailers, including John Lewis, Debenhams, Marks & Spencers, Sainsburys and many more. Each time you shop with these retailers via your eStore, a commission is generated and given to your cause. Nacoa is registered with two eStores www.spendandraise.com and www.everyclick.com.
eBay
Let eBay turn your unwanted goods into a little extra cash for you. Select Nacoa when listing an item on eBay to donate a percentage of your takings to help children affected by parental alcohol problems . Visit www.ebay.co.uk/ebayforcharity for more information.
Recycle printer cartridges & mobile phones
Recycling on behalf of Nacoa is a great way to go green and support the charity. We’ve teamed up with Each One Counts to recycle used printer cartridges and mobile phones; transforming used goods into much needed funds for our vital work. Set up printer cartridge recycling at your workplace and showcase your company’s green and social responsibility credentials.
How to set up recycling for Nacoa:- Visit www.eachonecounts.co.uk for more information and to order recycling envelopes (for both printer cartridges and mobile phones) and check that your cartridge model(s) can be taken.
- Send your cartridges and mobile phones to Each One Counts via the freepost envelope.
