Our work is made possible entirely by voluntary donations and with the help of our volunteers. You can help by becoming a member, making a donation, taking part in sponsored events, making a legacy in your will or becoming a volunteer.

Online donations are possible through Just Giving and Charity Choice

£10 pays for 5 information packs to be sent out to professionals working with children of alcohol dependent parents.		Regular donations enable us to continue to support children of alcohol dependent parents,
£60 pays for our free phone calls for a week.		Setting up a direct debit on Just Giving is simple.
£400 pays to train a new volunteers helpline counsellor.		Or
£500 keeps the helpline running for 6 weeks.		Download our standing order form and mail it back.

We are a small charity and spend very little of our voluntary income on administration (5%) so you can be sure that the money you give will go directly towards supporting our helpline and other activities. For more information contact us at or on 0117 924 8005.

If you are a UK taxpayer we can claim a further 28% from the Inland Revenue when you donate online, or if you complete a gift aid declaration.
