Our work is made possible entirely by voluntary donations
and with the help of our volunteers. You can help by becoming a member,
making a donation, taking part in sponsored events, making a legacy in

We are a small charity and spend very little of our voluntary income
on administration (5%) so you can be sure that the money you give will
go directly towards supporting our helpline and other activities. For
