It's coming to that time of year which understandably can be a time that we all dread. I thought it might be a good idea to just get peoples thoughts now on Christmas as it's hard not think about it.
Christmas is naturally a daunting time. I think my aim this year is when things get a a bit too stressful I am going to go for a walk - even if its 10 minutes, it's bound to be helpful.
Has anyone got any other strategies to help them get through the Christmas period?
