Hi Everyone,

It's coming to that time of the year again - Christmas.

This can be a hard time and one that we dread thinking about!

I thought it would be a good idea to ask all our 'expert' members what they have done to make this difficult time easier?

When things get tough for me I've tried going for a walk, or taking 5 mins time out while I listen to a song that means something to me.  

Has anyone got any other strategies that have helped them through Christmas?
