Matt endures an awesome cross country challenge as he pushes himself to the max for Nacoa.
Matt Marsh took part in an extreme 10k cross country run, the Grim Challenge II Beast in the East, on 12 May 2012 to raise funds for Nacoa. Despite being advised not to run because of a knee problem he managed to complete the course although after 2k the knee gave out and at one stage he was followed by the St Johns Ambulance crew for support. After this gruelling run he was unable to walk for three days. We would like to offer him our grateful thanks and admiration for a brave and determined effort. I think the picture says it all. Thanks Matt and we hope you have recovered.
